I cannot watch the videos, or there is some other technical issue. What do I do?

Online Tai Chi Lessons utilises streaming video technology that can be viewed through virtually any modern internet-connected smartdevice with a screen. It is designed to be simple and as user-friendly as possible. If you are using a modern device and are encountering problems, it is usually a symptom happening specifically with your device. Given the very broad variety of devices used by users worldwide, it is very hard to give specific answers if you are encountering technical issues.

Some general tips we advise users who encounter problems to see if it works afterwards:

• Try logging out of Online Tai Chi Lessons and logging back in.
• Try using a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc)
• Try restarting your device
• Try accessing www.onlinetaichilessons.com using a completely different device (this may isolate if the problem has something to do with your original device)
